Summary: Jules has been trying her hardest to make ends meet after her mother and former agent withheld her trust, all the money she made as a child actress, when she turned 18. It’s been ten years and after legal battles and trying to pay her way in LA, she’s taken on being a sugar baby for income. She loves being a sugar baby, but has yet to find the elusive long-term Sugar Daddy to take care of her financial woes.
Titan the gargoyle was literally made with one purpose – to protect a vault of previous relics for the Strange (supernaturals). When his purpose was lost centuries ago, his new purpose has been finding a way to get the Relic Room back. When his investigation causes him to cross paths with Jules, he enters a partnership of convenience with her to assist in retrieving the key to the Relic Room from an antiques collector.
Jules decides she will milk Titan for all the money she can, while allowing him to milk every orgasm from her body. Titan says she needs a Daddy, and for the time of their agreement, she’ll be his baby girl.

Thoughts:
This was a truly well done, smutty, delicious monster romance. I have been in a little reading slump for a while and this busted the slump completely. I can absolutely see myself coming back to this series for palate cleansers and slump-busters in the future.

Titan is such a fun character. He’s a total hard-ass when it comes to being the leader of his Gargoyle brothers, and treats finding the Keystone with complete seriousness and determination. He is fierce and disciplined. Yet he’s such a softy for his little human, Jules. Don’t let that fool you though, he is 100% Daddy Titan in the bedroom and has no issues owning Jules in the most delicious ways. He just so happens to also spoil the daylight out of her.

Jules is honestly pretty complex, having had to build a skin as tough as Titan’s to deal with the betrayal of her mother and her hardships as a result. She has trust issues. But seeing her allow Titan to take care of her is so so rewarding. I loved seeing her get everything she needs, including revenge against those who wronged her.

The Daddy Dom smut was catch-your-panties-on-fire good. So good. I unabashedly loved every second.

I definitely recommend this book to monster smut lovers. I’m honestly mad it took me this long to finally pick it up!
